Order processing
We process and prepare orders in 1–3 business days from our Mono, ON facility. Processing excludes weekends and statutory holidays. During peak periods processing times may be longer; we will advise if that affects your order.
Delivery within Canada
Shipping transit times within Canada commonly range from 3–7 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched. Because items may ship from different warehouses, individual pieces in a single order can arrive in separate packages on different days.
Shipping costs and carrier choices
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We work with common carriers to deliver parcels across Canada. If an item is time sensitive, consider the processing window when placing your order so the total lead time meets your needs.
Address accuracy and delivery issues
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a carrier returns an item to us because of an address error, you will be responsible for any additional shipping to re-deliver the item.
Partial shipments and multiple packages
Orders containing multiple items may ship in more than one package. Each package follows normal courier handling and delivery schedules. If you have concerns about a shipment, contact us with your order information and we will assist.
