Agreement and acceptance
These terms govern your use of the online store operated by corellecad Store. By placing an order or otherwise using the store you accept these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Orders, availability and processing
Order processing normally takes 1–3 business days. Availability of items can change without notice; we may need to limit quantities or decline orders at our discretion. If we cannot fulfill an order we will notify you and arrange a refund for any amount already paid for the unavailable item.
Pricing and errors
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and product information. Occasionally errors occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may refuse or cancel the order and refund any charged amount. Prices are shown in CAD on the site.
Intellectual property and permitted use
All content on the site is the property of corellecad Store or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, copying, adaptation or redistribution is prohibited without our prior written permission.
Returns, refunds and limitations
Our return terms are set out on the Returns page. Returned items must meet the stated condition requirements to qualify for a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, corellecad Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or purchase of products. Our maximum aggregate liability for direct damages arising out of a single transaction is limited to the purchase price paid for the item in question.
Governing law
These terms and any disputes related to them are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted to the site and will take effect on the date stated in the site notice. Continued use of the store after such changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
